Booking

Our guests have a spacious house with about 100 sqm and a roof-terrace with spectacular view of about 25 sqm. Another courtyard between the houses is available for non exclusive use. The infinity-pool and another lounge-terrace beside the pool there are exclusively reserved for our guests.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, stove and baking oven and dishwasher, and we are happy to point out places where guests can buy organic food. If available, we sell vegetables from our own organic garden.

Basic price per day for the whole house, independently from season:

180,00 € per day for up to 3 people.

We charge an additional 15€ for each person more, the maximum amount for the house is 5 people.

80€ for professional cleaning at the end.

A baby up to 2 yrs. with traveller-bed is free of charge.

The house is available between 15th of March and 15th of November.

For small children a lattice to block the staircase is installed while the terrace of the 1st floor is surrounded by a wall. Deck chairs for the terrace are provided.

Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. The house can be cleaned once a week if the stay is longer (60,00 €). The fee for the mandatory cleaning at the end of the stay is 80,00 €. We provide a set of towels per person per week without charge: three bathroom-towels (S-L) and a Pool-towel. Three kitchen towels are provided per week. If you need another set of towels per week, please keep asking.

Included in the price:

Organic dishwashing detergent, organic washing powder, wood for the fireplace, gas-bottles for hot water and oven, use of four modern mountain bikes and use of washing machine incl. organic washing powder.

Pets are allowed, but we reserve our right to decide on this topic after consultation.
