El Jardin nature
Many different species of birds nest in the dense laurel bushes and in the various types of trees on the park-like property. The wren had accepted the nest offered to it under the roof of the sheltered terrace in front of the kitchen and the pair could be observed singing and foraging.

The robin and many species of tit are there, jays and many more come to the feeding station where peanuts are offered. The grounds are well looked after, but care is taken to ensure that there are rest areas and hiding places for the lizards, squirrels and other animals.
A lot of forest around the village up to the mountains between pastures and lonely roads or forest paths invite you to take a walk or hike, as well as to cycle.

Hiking along the sea: Paths stretch for miles and lead from bay to beach and villages. If you want to explore the coast here, just set off, either east or west…

Wolves live in the valley of Cabuerniga and further inland, but they are rarely seen. They are shy.
